Our sales team provides customised feed solutions to new and existing clients, through personalised service over the phone, face-to-face, on farm walks, or with our local discussion groups.

Our trading department purchases all feeds (grains, meals, hay etc) supplied direct to farm, in addition to the required raw materials to keep our mill supplied. They also handle customer and supplier contract management, and corporate contract purchases and sales.

Our logistics team moves our products where we want them and when we want them, safely, efficiently and economically with a combination of our own fleet and drivers, or carefully selected and vetted sub-contractors.

Our Mill team makes our products: they are responsible for the scheduling, production, quality control and outloading of all our manufactured products.

Our friendly Bridgewater admin team is responsible for handling all phone enquiries and managing the general administration at the Bridgewater feed mill.
